2. Access & Login

2.1 How do I access Kamma Suite?

Once access is granted, you’ll receive a Welcome email invite you to create a password. Once you do this you can log into Kamma Suite at: https://suite.kammadata.com

2.2 I didn't receive the Welcome email. What do I do?

First, search your email. The Welcome email contains is sent from [email protected] and has the subject 'Welcome to Kamma! Let's get you started'.

Second, check your spam or junk folder. It's worth saving [email protected] to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent future emails like this going to your spam or junk folder.

2.3 How long after receiving the Welcome email do I have to create password and log in?

You have seven days to create a password from the time you receive the Welcome email. After this time you won't be able to create a password or login, for security reasons. If this happens please get in touch with Customer Support: [email protected] and they will resent the Welcome email.

2.4 Will my old login still work?

No. You’ll need to accept your invite and create a new password.

2.5 Will my bookmarks still work?

No. Please update all bookmarks with the new Kamma Suite URLs.

2.6 I can’t log in — what should I do?

Ask your company’s Admin user to send a password reset. If that doesn’t work please drop us a message by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right of this page. You can also email us here [email protected].

2.7 How do I reset a password?

Visit sso.kammadata.com and click on 'reset password'

2.8 How do I manage users?

Admins can manage users under Manage Users to:

  • View all users

  • Force password resets

  • Resend invites

  • Edit details

  • Archive users

If you would like Admin access to manage users please get in touch with Customer Support: [email protected]. Note: We may request authorisation from an appropriate manager within your organisation.

No, your existing payment setup will remain unchanged

8. Licence Management

8.1 Will my property licence information be migrated?

Licence information, such as licence type, expiry date, and maximum occupants, will be migrated and available on the Property page in Kamma Suite.

However, initially, licence documents will not be migrated or available via Kamma Suite. These will be migrated at a later date. This does not change Kamma's ability to monitor a licensed property for compliance.

If you require your licence documents before they're migrated, please email us at [email protected].
