🔧 What You Need to Do (Critical Steps)
Reapit recently made changes to the licensing form within your CRM system. However, these changes have not been fully or successfully rolled out. While Reapit continues to resolve the data migration issues on their end, Kamma has implemented a workaround to ensure you can manage licence data without interruption.
Please take a few minutes to read these steps carefully and watch the short explainer video below, it will show you exactly what to do.
Important: Any time you add or update a property, whether adjusting tenancy details, availability, or other attributes, you must also review and update the Licensing tab.
Step 1:
Navigate to the property record, go to the Attributes section.
And select Licensing from the top menu.
Step 2:
In the Licence application section...
Set the Application Status to reflect the current status (e.g. “Applied” or “Granted”).
Step 3:
In the Licence granted section…
If you already have a licence, the licence may provide you with details that stipulates the maximum allowed occupants and maximum allowed households.
⚠️ These fields refer to the maximum number of occupants and households allowed under the licence. This is not the number of current tenants or households in the property (this is step 4 below).
Please note, not all licences may state this. If it does you can fill in this section as follows:
Set the Licence Type Granted to Selective, Additional, or Mandatory.
If granted, enter the Licence Granted Date and Licence Expiry Date.
Set the Allowed Occupants and Allowed Households fields according to your licence documentation.
Step 4:
In the Current tenancy section...
Set the Current Tenancy Households to the actual number of households currently living in the property.
The Current Tenancy Occupants field will auto-populate based on tenancy records in Reapit.
Step 5:
Close the Licensing tab, add or update the notes for the property and save.
