âApplies to: Reapit users managing property licensing compliance
Whatâs Changed?
Reapit has made changes to how licensing data is handled in its platform. This guide walks you through the updated process to ensure your records are accurate and your properties stay compliant.
What You Need To Do
1. Open the Property Record
Navigate to the relevant property in Reapit.
Go to the Attributes section.
2. Access the Licensing Tab
Click the Licensing tab from the top menu.
3. Set the Application Status
In the Application Status dropdown, select:
Applied, or
Granted
đ If selecting Granted, complete this section. Otherwise, skip ahead to Section 5.
4. Enter Licensing Dates
Input the:
Licence Granted Date
Licence Expiry Date
5. Select Licence Type
Choose from:
Selective
Additional
Mandatory
6. Add Household & Occupancy Limits
Fill in:
Allowed Households
Allowed Occupants
âšď¸ This should be populated with the max occupants and max households outlined in your licence. If unknown, leave these fields set to "0".
7. Review Tenancy Data
Current Tenancy Households must be added manually based on the number of separate households in the property.
If Allowed Households isnât set, youâll be asked to acknowledge this.
Current Tenancy Occupants will auto-populate from the active tenancy record in Reapit.
Important Clarification
Changes made to licence fields alone wonât immediately sync with the Kamma platform.
To ensure the updated licensing data is transferred to our app, make a minor change to the property itself (e.g. update the notes field). This triggers the sync process and ensures your changes appear in Kamma Manager.
Save & Finish
Once all fields are complete, close the form and save.
