Kamma's app can be accessed from the app menu in top right of any Reapit screen.

In order to use the app, data needs to be entered into the Licensing tab of the Attributes section.

Initially when this section is blank, opening the Kamma app will tell you what action is needed (add occupancy information).

How to add Occupancy Information

  1. Navigate to the Licensing tab of the Attributes section

  2. Enter values for

    1. Households

    2. Number of occupants

  3. Close the attributes screen and hit Save

  4. Open the Kamma app. The Action Required will have changed to Add a valid licence or No action required (if no licence is required)

How to Add a licence application

  1. Navigate to the Licensing tab of the Attributes section

  2. Enter values for

    1. Licence Required (dropdown menu)

    2. Application Status - Applied

    3. Application Date

    4. Application Ref No (optional)

  3. Close the attributes screen and hit Save

  4. Open the Kamma app. The Action Required will have changed to Report council's response. The Compliant status will have changed to Property Compliant

How to Add a valid licence

  1. Navigate to the Licensing tab of the Attributes section

  2. Enter values for

    1. Licence Required (dropdown menu)

    2. Application Status

    3. Licence Granted (date)

    4. Licence Expiry (date)

    5. Application Ref No (optional)

    6. Application Date (optional)

  3. Upload the Licence file in the Documents section

  4. Close the attributes screen and hit Save

  5. Open the Kamma app. The Action Required will have changed to No action required. The Compliant status will have changed to Property Compliant
