Understanding the Dashboard

How to use the Kamma Dashboard - an at-a-glance breakdown of your portfolio’s compliance.

Updated over a month ago

The dashboard gives you an oversight of how compliant your portfolio is, and a breakdown of the actions you need to take to ensure compliance.

In this article, you'll learn:

  • What everything on the dashboard means

  • The key features to be aware of

Portfolio Overview

Your road to 100% compliance

The portfolio overview gives you a simple breakdown of the percentage of compliant properties.

Your green compliance bar shows the properties that either don’t need a licence at all or already have one approved/in-application.

Your non-compliant properties are the ones to watch for. To get your compliance to 100%, check out the ‘priority actions’ section below to understand what needs to be done.

Priority Actions

Tells you what’s needed to reach full compliance

Priority actions focus on your non-compliant properties and put them into four key action categories.

TIP: Want to see the exact properties in each category? Simply click into each card and get a filtered view on the ‘My Portfolio’ page

Properties in breach

These are your properties which present an immediate non-compliance risk. These properties either require a licence now, have an expired one attached to them, have an invalid licence (such as the incorrect licence) or, the local authority has rejected the licence application.

Unrecognised Address

These properties have an address not recognised by our system, a common issue with new builds, incomplete addresses or addresses with typos.

Incomplete property information

Licensing schemes are applicable based on the number of people and households in a property.

Properties with incomplete property information are missing the people and households counts required to determine which, if any, licence is required.

Affected by Upcoming Scheme

These are properties that fall within a future scheme area, where the scheme has been announced but has not yet started. Use this category to identify future risks and secure potential early-bird application fees, and full compliance from day one of a scheme starting.

Current Licence Needs

Understand what licences are needed

This section provides a breakdown of your compliance status per scheme type.

Here you’ll be able to see how many properties are licensed, unlicensed, or in-progress per each individual scheme type.
