Understanding the 'My Portfolio' Page

Understand how to use the 'My Portfolio' page - Your ultimate drill-down menu to deal with compliance risks

Updated over a month ago

The ‘My Portofolio’ page shows you all of your properties and their individual compliance status. Here you can search for specific properties, filter by licence types or compliance status, and add new properties to your portfolio.

In this article, we explain:

  • How to add new properties

  • How to understand the property table

  • How to filter and search for specific properties

Adding a New Property

Keeping your portfolio up-to-date

To add a new property to your portfolio, simply press the ‘Add New Property’ button in the top right corner.

From here, start typing your address in the top field and pick the correct one from the options listed.

Enter a unique reference number for the property and press submit. Your property will then be added to Kamma Suite for full automatic compliance tracking.

The Properties Table

Understand the licence needs for each property

On the table for each entry, you’ll be able to see:

  • ID: Your unique reference for each property

  • Address

  • Local Authority: The council your property is based in

  • Current Schemes: The licensing schemes that may apply to your property

  • Upcoming Schemes: Any upcoming schemes that may affect your property

  • Licence required: The exact type of licence you need for the property

  • People/Households: The number of people or households within the property (you need this info to figure out what licence is needed!)

  • Compliance Status: Whether the property is compliant or not

TIP: Need to update a property or update the licence? Simply click into the listing to open up the individual property page.

Search and Filtering

Find and track properties with ease

Use the search bar on the right hand side above the table entries to find a specific property.

Filtering

Using the filters directly above the table, you can customise your view based on licence needs, actions, and local authorities. Just choose the filters you wish to use, and press ‘Apply Filters’.

Your filter options include:

  • Compliance Status: Easily identify non-compliant properties

  • Current Schemes: Choose between properties that fall into current selective, mandatory, or additional areas

  • Future Schemes: Choose between properties that fall into future selective, mandatory, or additional areas

  • Authority: Choose which councils you want to filter by

  • Action Required: Filter by specific actions required for each property

  • Branch: If you have a multi-branch account, you can filter to see the property for a specific branch

Removing existing filters

To remove any filters you’ve previously applied, press the red [X] by the tag in the ‘Active filters’ section directly above the table entries.

Looking to update or view a property? Just click on the entry to view the individual property page.

Customising The Table View

Make the table view in-line with the info you need

To customise the viewable fields of your table, press the three vertical lines in the top right corner of the table section.

From here, you can add extra fields, such as a property's UPRN, or hide fields to show only the most essential information.
