Resending a Welcome email

Help a user complete account setup if their welcome link has expired

Purpose

This article explains how Branch Administrators can resend the welcome email to a user who hasn’t completed their account setup.

  • Resend a welcome email to a user

  • Help a user gain access if their setup link has expired


When to resend a welcome email

When a user is first created, they receive a welcome email asking them to set a password.

  • The welcome link is valid for 7 days

  • If the link expires, the user won’t be able to access Kamma

  • A Branch Administrator can resend the welcome email at any time


Steps

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal


Step 2: Open user management

  • Click Users


Step 3: Resend the welcome email

  • Find the user in the list

  • Click the three vertical dots on the row where the user appears

  • Select Resend Welcome Email

  • Click Confirm


What happens next

  • The user will receive a new welcome email within a few minutes

  • In some cases, delivery may take a longer

  • The new email will include a fresh link to set their password


Common questions

The user still hasn’t received the email
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing after a short delay, try resending the email again.

The user can also search their inbox for emails from [email protected].

I can’t see the Users link
You may not have Branch Administrator permissions. Contact your Kamma administrator for access.
