Purpose
This article explains how Branch Administrators can resend the welcome email to a user who hasn’t completed their account setup.

When to resend a welcome email
When a user is first created, they receive a welcome email asking them to set a password.
The welcome link is valid for 7 days
If the link expires, the user won’t be able to access Kamma
A Branch Administrator can resend the welcome email at any time
Steps
Step 1: Log in to the admin portal
Log in using your admin credentials
Step 2: Open user management
Click Users
Step 3: Resend the welcome email
Find the user in the list
Click the three vertical dots on the row where the user appears
Select Resend Welcome Email
Click Confirm
What happens next
The user will receive a new welcome email within a few minutes
In some cases, delivery may take a longer
The new email will include a fresh link to set their password
Common questions
The user still hasn’t received the email
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing after a short delay, try resending the email again.
The user can also search their inbox for emails from [email protected].
I can’t see the Users link
You may not have Branch Administrator permissions. Contact your Kamma administrator for access.
