This article explains how to activate your Kamma account if you are a new user or have recently migrated from Kamma Manager or Kamma Checker.

Steps
Step 1: Open the welcome email
When your account is created, you’ll receive a welcome email.
Subject line: Welcome to Kamma! Let’s get you started.
Sent from: [email protected]
Open the email and click Create My Password.
Step 2: Create your password
The password setup page will open in your browser
Enter a new password
Enter it again to confirm
Click Reset Password
Step 3: Sign in
The login page will appear
Enter your email address
Enter the password you just created
Click Sign in
If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll be prompted to set this up.
Step 4: Access Kamma Suite
After signing in successfully, you’ll first see Kamma’s user and company profile admin portal. This is separate from Kamma Suite.
To access Kamma Suite:
Click Go to Kamma Suite, or
Enter https://suite.kammadata.com/ into your browser
You’ll see a page confirming you can log in to Kamma Suite.
Click Log in.
Kamma Suite will then load.
Common questions
I didn’t receive the welcome email
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact your Branch Administrator or Kamma support.
My welcome link has expired
Ask your Branch Administrator to resend the welcome email.
