Purpose
This article explains how to configure your brand settings so Quick Check reports display your organisation’s logo, colours, and contact details.

Before you start
You must be a Branch Administrator to manage brand settings and your organisation must have access to Quick Check reports.
If you don't have access to Quick Check reports and would like to upgrade your organisation's account to include it, contact customer support (https://suite.kammadata.com/).
Steps
Step 1: Open company settings
Log in to Kamma Suite (https://suite.kammadata.com/)
Click Manage Company in the left-hand navigation
This will open Kamma’s user and company profile portal.
Step 2: Open branch settings
Click Branches in the left-hand navigation
A list of branches set up for your organisation will be displayed
Click the branch you want to update
Important:
If you apply brand settings to a parent branch, all child branches will inherit those settings.
To override them, apply different settings at a specific child branch.
Step 3: Update Brand Identity
Click the Brand Identity section
Complete the form fields
Upload your organisation’s logo
A transparent PNG logo is recommended for best results.
Brand fields shown on Quick Check reports
The following fields appear on Quick Check reports:
Brand colour
Organisation name
Tagline
Year established
Logo
Make sure these are completed accurately.
Step 4: Enable licence application contact details (optional)
If you offer a licence application service:
Turn on the Enable Licence Application Service toggle
Complete all the contact details fields
These details will appear on the Quick Check report so landlords can contact your organisation.
Step 5: Save your changes
Click Save Changes
Your branding is now applied to Quick Check reports.
Step 6: Refresh your profile
To ensure you can see the updated branding:
Return to Kamma Suite (https://suite.kammadata.com/)
Click your profile circle in the top right corner
Click Refresh profile
Your updated brand settings will now be reflected in new Quick Check reports.
What happens next
All Quick Check reports will display your branding
Child branches will inherit parent branding unless overridden
