Purpose

This article explains how to use the Notes feature in Kamma Suite to record relevant information against a property.

  • Add a note to a property

  • Edit or overwrite an existing note

  • Revert unsaved changes


What are property notes?

Notes allow you to capture useful information about a property in one place.

You can use notes to record:

  • Updates on licence applications

  • Communication with landlords

  • Actions you are waiting on

  • Any other relevant context

This helps keep your team aligned and ensures important details are not lost.


Steps

Step 1: Open the property page

  • Navigate to the relevant Property page


Step 2: Open the Notes section

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page

  • Click Notes

This will display the notes text area.



Step 3: Add or edit a note

  • If a note already exists, it will be displayed

  • If not, the text area will be blank

  • Enter your note in the text area

You can:

  • Add new text

  • Edit existing text

  • Overwrite the note entirely


Step 4: Save or revert changes

  • Click Update to save your note

  • If you want to discard changes, click Revert


What happens next

  • Your note is saved against the property

  • Other users in your organisation can view and update it

  • The note can be edited at any time
