This article explains how to filter your portfolio to show only properties where a licence application is in progress.

Steps
Step 1: Open the portfolio
Go to the Portfolio page in Kamma Suite
Step 2: Apply the Action Required filter
Locate the Action Required filter
Select Update application status
Step 3: Apply the filter
Click Apply filters
The table will update to show matching properties.
What the results show
This filter returns all properties where:
A licence application has been logged in Kamma Suite
A licence has not yet been granted
These are properties where:
An application is in progress
Action may be needed to track or update the outcome
What happens next
You can click into any property to update the application status
Use this view to track applications and ensure they are followed through to completion
