In Kamma Suite, you can assign a property manager to each property and then use the Portfolio page to filter your portfolio by manager, making it easy to see how each manager's properties are performing against licensing requirements.

Steps
Step 1: Open the edit property modal
Go to Portfolio in the left-hand navigation. To assign a property manager to an existing property, find the property in your list and click it to load its Property Compliance Overview page.
Click 'Edit Property'. The edit property modal will appear.
You can also select a Property Manager when adding a property to Kamma Suite.
Step 2: Assign a property manager
Select a name from the Property Manager drop down. It contains all Kamma Suite user with access to the property's branch.
Click Save to confirm the assignment.
Step 3: Go to the Portfolio page
Click Portfolio in the left-hand navigation to return to your full property list.
Step 4: Filter by property manager
Select Property Manager from the list of available filters, then choose the manager you want to view and click Apply filters.
The Portfolio will update to show only properties assigned to that manager.
Step 5: Review compliance performance
With the filter applied, you can see the licensing compliance status for all properties managed by that person.
What happens next
The property manager assignment is saved to the property and persists across sessions.
Any user with access to the Portfolio can apply the Property Manager filter to view that manager's properties.
The compliance status shown in the filtered view reflects the current licensing status of each property in real time.
