Apply the Licence Expiry filter on the Portfolio page
Show properties with expired licences
Show properties with licences expiring within a set number of days
Steps
Step 1: Go to the Portfolio page
Click Portfolio in the left-hand navigation.
Step 2: Open the Licence Expiry filter
Locate the Licence Expiry dropdown in the filter bar at the top of the page and click it to open the options.
Step 3: Select an expiry window
Choose one of the following options:
Expired — properties where the licence has already expired
Expiring in 7 days — properties with licences expiring within the next 7 days
Expiring in 14 days
Expiring in 30 days
Expiring in 60 days
Expiring in 90 days
Step 4: Apply the filter
Click Apply to update the property list. The Portfolio refreshes to show only properties matching your selected expiry window.
What happens next
The property list updates to show only properties matching your selection.
To remove the filter, click the X next to Licence Expiry in the active filters above the properties table or, click Reset in the filters section to clear all filters.
