The household count shown on the Compliance Overview tab in the Kamma Reapit app comes from the property's current tenancy. If the number looks different to what you expect, check the Tenancy tab to confirm which tenancy is recorded.
What you'll learn
In this article, you'll learn how to:
Understand where the household count on Compliance Overview comes from
Check the Tenancy tab for a Current tenancy
Recognise why an Arranging tenancy won't show a household count
Steps
Step 1: Check the household count on Compliance Overview
Open the property in Reapit and go to the Compliance Overview tab. The household count shown here is always taken from the property's Current tenancy.
Step 2: Confirm there's a Current tenancy recorded
If the household count doesn't match what you expect, click the Tenancy tab.
Check whether a tenancy with status Current is listed for the property
If the tenancy is showing as Arranging instead, this explains the mismatch
Important notes
Arranging tenancies aren't shown on the Compliance Overview — Kamma doesn't display the household count for an Arranging tenancy on the Compliance Overview tab. Only a Current tenancy's household count appears there.
Common questions
Why doesn't the household count update after I add a new tenancy?
The new tenancy is likely recorded as Arranging rather than Current. Compliance Overview only reflects Current tenancy data.
