Steps
Step 1: Go to the Portfolio page
Click Portfolio in the left-hand navigation.
Step 2: Open the Upcoming Licence Required filter
Locate the Upcoming Licence Required dropdown in the filter section and click it to open the options. By default, no filter is applied.
Step 3: Select an upcoming licence type
Choose one or more of the following options:
All — shows all properties regardless of whether they require a licence as part of an upcoming scheme
Additional — properties that will require an Additional licence
Mandatory — properties that will require a Mandatory licence
Selective — properties that will require a Selective licence
Step 4: Apply the filter
Click Apply to update the property list. The Portfolio shows only properties that require the licence type(s) you selected..
What happens next
To remove the filter, click the X next to Upcoming Licence Required in the list of active filters above the table of properties or, click Reset in the filter section to remove all filters
Important notes
Shortcut from the Dashboard — clicking the Affected by Upcoming Scheme action card on the Dashboard or Portfolio page automatically loads the Portfolio with the Upcoming Licence Required filter set to show all affected properties (Additional, Mandatory, and Selective).
